Playing Build A Beehive on PC with a keyboard and mouse gives you the fastest response times for shop restocks, garden management, and honey collection. Movement Controls
Standard Roblox movement applies in Build A Beehive. Use WASD to walk around your garden and navigate the shop areas after teleporting.
- W �?Move forward (relative to camera direction)

Most of your time in Build A Beehive is spent near the hive collecting honey rather than exploring, so movement keys matter most when repositioning between flower plots or walking to the hive after a teleport. Hold the right mouse button and drag to rotate your camera for a better view of your garden layout.
Interaction �?Collecting Honey
The most important PC control is E. Walk up to your hive and press and hold E to interact and collect all accumulated honey at once. You will see a progress indicator while honey transfers to your inventory. Release E when collection completes, then use the Sell teleport button to cash in.

Inventory and Item Equip �?Number Keys 1�?0
Your inventory slots map directly to the number keys at the top of your keyboard. Press 1 through 10 to equip items from the corresponding inventory slot.

After buying seeds from the shop, they appear in your inventory. Press the number key for the seed you want to plant, then left-click an empty garden plot to place it. Switching between shovel and seeds quickly is essential for garden upgrades �?press 1 to shovel out a low-tier flower, then press the number key for your new seed and click the freed plot.
Shovel Tool �?Removing Flowers
Press 1 to equip the shovel. With the shovel active, left-click any flower to permanently remove it from your garden. The bee associated with that flower disappears as well, freeing the plot for a better planting.
Use the shovel strategically: remove Daisies and other low-tier flowers from plots closest to the hive first, then replant with Tulips or premium seeds. Never shovel Giant Flowers �?they provide exceptional bee bonuses. Timing matters too; shovel right after collecting honey so you do not interrupt active bee trips.
Teleport Buttons �?Buy, Sell, Beehive
Three buttons at the top of your screen handle all major navigation in Build A Beehive. You rarely need to walk across the map because these teleports are instant.
- Buy �?Teleports to the flower shop. Browse available seeds and purchase with your cash. The shop restocks every five minutes with random inventory.
- Sell �?Teleports to the honey buyer. Select Sell ALL Honey to convert collected honey into cash.
- Beehive �?Teleports back to your personal garden plot. Use this after shopping or selling to return and plant seeds or collect honey.

Mouse Controls
Left-click plants flowers when a seed is equipped and removes flowers when the shovel is equipped. Right-click and drag rotates the camera. Scroll wheel zooms in and out for a better view of your full garden layout.
When shopping, left-click flower listings to purchase them. Watch the shop timer and be ready to click quickly when premium flowers like Tulip or Sunflower appear �?they sell out within seconds of restock.
Bee Stats Sidebar
On the right side of the screen, an expandable panel shows your active bees and their stats including speed (m/s) and pollen carry. Click to expand this sidebar during garden management. Use it to identify weak bees that need flower upgrades �?a Daisy Bee at 12 m/s and 5 carry in a front-row plot is a clear shovel candidate.
