Build A Beehive Map & Locations
Last updated:
Build A Beehive uses a compact map design centered around three core locations and a set of instant teleport buttons. Unlike open-world Roblox games where you walk long distances between objectives, this tycoon keeps every important area one button press away. Understanding where each location sits, what happens there, and how the teleport system connects them will make your farming sessions faster and more efficient. This guide covers every map area, the event Star spawns during Weightless Weather, and how navigation works on both PC and mobile.
Map Overview
The Build A Beehive world is divided into a shared commercial zone and individual player gardens. All players share access to the Shop and Sell Point, while each player receives a private garden plot with flower beds and a hive. During the Interstellar Event, collectible Stars appear across the shared areas during Weightless Weather windows. The map is intentionally small ?teleport buttons handle most travel so you can focus on the economic loop rather than navigation.
Your Garden (Personal Plot)
Your garden is your home base in Build A Beehive. This is where you plant flowers, where bees build and operate your hive, and where you collect honey. Every player has their own garden instance ?other players cannot modify your flowers or steal your honey.
Garden Layout
The garden contains multiple flower plots arranged in rows, with the hive positioned at the back of the plot. Bees assigned to flowers travel between their flower and the hive, depositing pollen that converts to honey. Plots closest to the hive are the most valuable real estate in the entire game because shorter travel distance means more honey per minute.
When you first spawn, click the Beehive button at the top of the screen to teleport directly to your garden. Walk to the back to identify the hive location and the nearest flower plots before planting anything. Our optimal garden layout guide shows exactly which plots to prioritize at each progression stage.
What You Do in the Garden
- Plant flowers by selecting seeds from inventory and clicking empty plots
- Remove flowers with the shovel tool (press 1 on PC) to free plots for upgrades
- Collect honey by standing at the hive and holding E (or using the interact button on mobile)
- Monitor bees via the expandable sidebar panel on the right side of the screen
The Shop (Flower Seller)
The Shop is where you purchase flower seeds with cash earned from selling honey. Click the Buy button at the top of the screen to teleport there instantly. The shop inventory refreshes every five minutes with a randomized selection of seeds ranging from cheap Daisies to premium S-tier flowers like Fire Blossom and Cactus.
High-tier flowers appear randomly and sell out within seconds of each restock. Experienced players sell all their honey before the five-minute mark, teleport to Buy, and watch the inventory refresh to snipe rare seeds. Our shop restock strategy guide covers timing in detail, and the shop restock timer helps track the cycle in real time.
The shop is a shared area ?other players are visible while shopping. This does not affect your purchases; each player buys from the same inventory pool independently.
The Sell Point (Honey Buyer)
The Sell Point is where you convert collected honey into cash. Click the Sell button at the top of the screen to teleport there. Select Sell ALL Honey to liquidate your entire stored honey supply in one transaction at $1 per liter.
The Sell Point completes the core economic loop: bees produce honey in your garden, you collect it at the hive, teleport to Sell, convert honey to cash, then teleport to Buy for new flowers. This rotation ?Beehive ?collect ?Sell ?Buy ?Beehive ?is the fundamental rhythm of Build A Beehive. Master it early and every subsequent session becomes more efficient.
Event Stars During Weightless Weather
During the Interstellar Event, the map transforms for ten minutes at the start of every hour. Weightless Weather activates low gravity across the game world, and collectible Stars spawn throughout the shared areas and near player gardens. Stars are visible collectibles that convert into Event Coins when gathered.
Stars only appear during the Weightless Weather window ?from :00 to :10 of each real-world hour. Once normal gravity returns, remaining Stars disappear until the next hour. Plan your sessions around these windows to maximize Event Coin earnings. Low gravity increases jump distance, making it easier to reach Stars in elevated or distant positions.
Event Coins are spent on exclusive rewards including mutated flowers and special items not available in the regular shop. Read the full Interstellar Event guide for Star collection routes, Event Coin spending priorities, and how event flowers integrate with your garden layout.
Teleport Buttons: Buy, Sell, and Beehive
The three teleport buttons at the top of your screen are the primary navigation system for the entire map. You rarely need to walk between locations manually.
| Button | Destination | Primary Action |
|---|---|---|
| Buy | Shop (flower seller) | Purchase seeds during restocks |
| Sell | Sell Point (honey buyer) | Convert honey to cash |
| Beehive | Your Garden (personal plot) | Plant, collect honey, manage bees |
On PC, these buttons are clicked with the mouse. On mobile, tap them at the top of the touchscreen interface. The buttons work identically on both platforms and remain available during Weightless Weather. For complete control reference, see our PC controls guide and mobile controls guide.
Efficient Teleport Rotation
The optimal farming rotation uses teleports to minimize downtime: start at your garden (Beehive), collect honey at the hive, teleport to Sell and choose Sell ALL Honey, then either teleport to Buy if a restock is imminent or return to Beehive to wait for production. During event windows, add a Star collection phase at the start of each hour before returning to the standard loop.
Map Tips for New Players
- Learn teleports first. The Buy, Sell, and Beehive buttons are faster than walking everywhere.
- Identify your hive location immediately. Walk to the back of your garden on first spawn and remember where the hive sits.
- Plant near the hive. Distance between flowers and the hive is the biggest factor in honey production speed.
- Schedule event sessions. Log in at the top of each hour for ten minutes of Star collection during Weightless Weather.
- Use the bee sidebar. The right-side panel shows every active bee and its stats regardless of which map area you are currently in.
The Build A Beehive map is designed for efficiency, not exploration. Three locations, three teleport buttons, and hourly event Star spawns cover everything you need. Master the teleport rotation, know where your hive sits, and the map becomes a seamless backdrop for the real game ?growing flowers, attracting bees, and scaling your honey empire.
